How it started.

In 2009, when the real estate sector was in crisis, we saw what others saw as ruin: opportunities for those who could tell real value from talk.

From there, 15 years of work: 47+ properties managed, CHF 25M+ in value created, 0 abandoned projects, 100% completion against the planned schedules.
